The location is central, and surprisingly quiet. The balcony adds a nice touch to the small living area. Underground parking is available. All amenities are in working order.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was amazing, with easy access to Prahran train station and plenty of eateries on Chapel street. In the morning, we could even walk to a nearby cafe for a delicious breakfast. The transport options were superb, with a tram stop literally right on the doorstep. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The free wi-fi in rooms was a bonus and we appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and kitchen with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, like the sun terrace, were a great addition to the overall experience.
In terms of recommendations, we would definitely suggest this hotel to our family and friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a modern and well-equipped room in a trendy area, close to eateries in Chapel Street and local cafes. The location was convenient, being near the train station and connecting trams. The room had all the necessary electronics, including an iPod dock and USB connectivity. The balcony offered a bonus space, perfect for enjoying the views. The hotel was clean and the management friendly. it felt like a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
